Kevin Tootoonchi has been passionate about building since childhood, and his love for construction only grew during his time studying construction management in college. After gaining hands-on experience working with another general contractor, Kevin decided to turn his passion into a business.
Upon graduating, he founded Teknik Design & Remodeling — and the rest is history. Today, Kevin remains actively involved in the business, particularly during the design and planning phases, ensuring each project reflects his commitment to quality and innovation.

Throughout his distinguished career, he has designed numerous custom homes and completed a wide range of residential remodeling projects.
While custom home design has been a significant part of his professional journey, Scott's true passion lies in home remodeling. He enjoys collaborating with homeowners to reimagine existing spaces, creating functional, timeless, and personalized environments that enhance the way families live.
Scott considers himself fortunate to have built a career doing what he loves. His commitment to thoughtful design, attention to detail, and dedication to client satisfaction has earned him the trust of homeowners throughout his career.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. Together, they share a love of golf, bridge, and travel, embracing opportunities to create lasting memories with family and friends.
