Not an estimate or professional advice
Content on the Site — including project galleries, articles, videos, pricing discussions, and FAQ answers — is provided for general information only. It is not a binding quote, an estimate, design advice, or construction advice for your specific property. Every project is different; the scope, pricing, and schedule for your remodel are established only in a written agreement signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, photography, videos, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Teknik Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark law. Project photography depicts real work completed by Teknik. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing links to the Site.
Third-party links and embedded content
The Site links to and embeds third-party services such as YouTube, Google Maps, and review platforms (Google, Houzz, Yelp). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teknik Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Teknik Inc. harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
