Before & After
Watch real San Diego homes transform: before-and-after reveals of whole-home renovations, kitchens, and spa bathrooms by Teknik, room by room.
Scripps Ranch — Whole House Remodeling
A dated single-family home reimagined top to bottom — a navy-and-marble chef’s kitchen, spa bathrooms, an open living core framed to the pool, and a full outdoor kitchen. Watch the whole house turn over, room by room.

Carlsbad — Kitchen & Outdoor Living Reveal
A closed-off kitchen opened up to its Carlsbad backyard view and paired with a built-in outdoor kitchen and pergola — indoor and outdoor living stitched into one entertaining space.
Rancho Peñasquitos — Kitchen & First-Floor Reveal
A compartmentalized first floor reworked into one bright, connected great room — a new kitchen, dining, and living layout that finally matches how the family actually lives.
Chula Vista — Master Bathroom Reveal
A cramped, dated master bath rebuilt into a sleek spa retreat — a walk-in glass shower, a furniture-grade vanity, and warm tile that pulls the whole room together.
Carmel Valley — Master Bathroom Reveal
A tired primary bath transformed into a luxurious escape — a freestanding soaking tub, frameless glass shower, and marble-look finishes worthy of a boutique hotel.
Tierrasanta — Kitchen & Foyer Reveal
A choppy entry and kitchen reworked into a warm, welcoming first impression — a brighter foyer flowing straight into a refreshed, more functional kitchen.
