This wonderful couple initially planned to update their kitchen by adding more counter space and cabinetry, aiming for a functional and inviting space. This connected layout enhances entertaining options and natural lighting, complete with custom cabinetry and a cozy fireplace.
The original 40-year-old layout was restrictive, but Teknik successfully reconfigured it to maximize space, achieving a modern, cohesive design. Teknik redesigned the floor plan, adding custom cabinetry, opening up the kitchen to the dining area, and creating a unified, bright space. A central fireplace now enhances the warmth and ambiance in the family area.
