Yes. We pull permits regularly with the City of San Diego, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Oceanside, Escondido and San Marcos. We are also experienced with the design-review processes for Rancho Santa Fe, Fairbanks Ranch, Carmel Valley, 4S Ranch and other HOA-governed communities.
